On Saturday November 7th my dreams came true. I saw Next to Normal in the Booth theatre at 2 o'clock p.m.. With the original cast. <3 The show was absolutly amazing. It was definitely worth all of the two pay checks it cost to go see it. The cast was absolutely amazing. Afterwards, I rushed out and sprinted to the stage door. I first met Louis Hobson who played Dr. Madden and Dr. Fine. I talked to him for a minute or two and got his autograph. Shortly after Adam Chanler-Berat, who played the adorable Henry came out. He signed my program as well and again talked to me for a little. Next Jennifer Damiano, who played Natalie amazingly, came out. She was kind enough to offer that I take a picture with her and sign my program. I talked to her about what it was like to be out of school and on broadway. She said "School would feel wrong right now. I'm doing the right thing by being here. I can just feel it." After that J. Robert Spencer came out and signed my program. The girl next to me complimented him on his low singing voice and he let out a very loud, very high note. lol He also said that he used to skip school to sneak into the theatre and watch TOMMY. When Aaron Tveit came out, the crowd (which consisted mostly of teenage girls.) erupted into screams and shrieks. I couldn't breathe. He walked up to me and started to sign my program when I told him that I had drawn him and I'd like for him to have a copy. I will never forget his response. He stopped trying to move down the line and said "Wow....You drew this? This is really amazing. How did you do this?" I answered as well as my brain would allow and he said "I'll be right back. I'm going to go back inside and put this away so I don't loose it." He then hugged me and I dropped to my knees and he started to laugh his beautiful laugh. I didn't expect him to keep his promise, but he did. He came back over to me and continued to talk to me. He was the sweetest, most humble, most attractive human being I've ever met. He has the ability to make you feel like he's just an average person. And also the ability to make you feel like you're everything. When he spoke to me, the crowd went away. It was just me and him. And for those few minutes, I mattered to him. The girl standing next to me said that theres a video online somewhere where he says that he keeps all of his drawings and notes and looks them over before each show. If he does, it means that every time he performs, I helped. I helped him know that his fans love him. And I helped give him the confidence to go out and preform and take risks. That means more then anything to me. When he moved down the line a girl said her name was Erin and he said "Oh cool. How do you spell it?" She responded "With an E." and he said "Double A's are so much cooler! Everyone always thinks I spell it with an E though." He's so funny. Even when he's not just reciting a script. I used to just think he was hot. But now, I really love him. His personality is more amazing then his appearance and his talent. I wrote him a letter on the back of the copy I gave him. I included my address and asked him to please write me a letter in response. At the time I wrote it, I had a feeling I wouldn't be able to give it to him myself, let alone talk to him. I hope he does answer. But even if he doesn't, yesterday was the best day of my life.

Also, because she had a cold, Alice Ripley didn't come out. But I got to meet the rest of the cast. As well as get pictures of them and get autographs. I am a very happy fan girl.
